02 Who is entitled to benefits when entering a university?

Applicants who have either earned an advantage over other applicants due to their achievements or have the right to receive support from the state have the right to a benefit when entering a university.
The first group of persons includes winners or prize winners of all-Russian and international competitions, olympiads, etc.
The second group includes people receiving social support and those provided for by the state.
To qualify for a benefit when entering a university, it is necessary to provide a document confirming the applicant’s advantage when submitting a package of documents to the admissions committee.
