Inside the assemblies Cooperative Governance is based on the principles of transparency, equity, accountability and corporate responsibility. Thus, at meetings, regardless of financial transactions, associates receive information on matters involving the institution and have the right to vote. It is worth noting that democratic management in cooperatives is provided for in Law 5764/71, and the rules for participation are also expressed in the notice of each assembly.
To ensure the effective participation of all in democratic management, three types of meetings are held, namely: General Assembly of Nucleus (AGN); Ordinary General Meeting (AGO) and the Extraordinary General Meeting (AGE). At the AGN, which will be promoted by moible number data the cooperative from this year onwards, the delegates from each nucleus, that is, from each Sicoob Engecred service point, meet with the respective members to discuss the agenda.
Later, represent faithfully the thoughts of the cooperative members at the AGO. Below, understand how each assembly works: Nucleus General Assembly (AGN): also known as pre-assembly, it is in the AGN that data and other information relevant to the management of Sicoob Engecred are presented to associates and delegates of that Service Point (PA), before the AGO. Ordinary General Meeting (AGO): held annually within the first four months following.
